Sooooo proud of KD for keeping up with his diet!!! It has definetly been a struggle for me but I have realized that I need a newfound source of motivation cause nothings doing it for me, idk i keep starting then stopping then starting and stopping plus theres little option to eat sometimes and i cant so i just eat whatever thinking i d rather be a little overweight then starve……..STRUGGLES. But i really have about 9.5 weeks to reach my 15 pound weightloss goal and ITS GONNA BE A STRUGGLE. but i m afraid that if i dont start soon then i ll never get through it.

KD: A Review over the last week

I haven’t been updating as frequently because honestly I have hella school work and I’m applying to colleges and scholarships. It’s been hard to stay on my diet BUT I’ve been doing quite a good job. I barely eat meat anymore which is good I guess. I’ve also been trying to keep Free on her diet which is really hard because her family completely ignores her diet :( I’ve been doing a 5 minute run, 20 situps, and 10 pusups every morning and night. It’s hard as hell to keep on track 24/7 but I can’t stay a fat bastard forever. For motivation I get naked and jump up and down in front of my mirror lol NO LIE. Talk about motivation…Anyway I’ll try to post more often guys. Ill go make some scrambled eggs for breakfast!

Free: the break down and a new beginning

So I was doing good with my diet but then a few days ago I was really sick and broke the fuckkkk down. Cause sick and hungry? I couldn’t. So I had a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch and then had a bowl of frosted flakes then had a cup of sunny d. Then I went to the store and bought an oatmeal raison cookie some fries and some m and ms. When I say I broke down I mean I broke downnnnn. I’m not sure what happened I was used to being hungry but I was pretty sick and couldnt deal with limited food options plus those foods made me feel better or something.

After my break down I never really got back into the groove of my diet. I ate whenever and whatever I wanted. The thing is now I could clearly see the distinct from eating like a normal healthy person to the way I ate. My eating habits are pretty ridiculous. I think that it’s overreaching to limit myself too crazily. I think the best way now, is through excercise. I’m still gonna diet but excercising will allow me to have some of the foods I want as long as I burn it off it will be okay.

So here’s to a well learned lesson. A new beginning. And a second chance. Hello day one

Hey this is KD. Day 2 on my diet and everything is going just fine thus far. This is my small kitchen with all my gadgets. Even though its small I get it in in this kitchen! Lots of cookin thrown down up in here! I’m still sick which helps because I have a low appetite. But I had some scrambled eggs for breakfast with bell peppers. For Lunch I had what’s in the picture (sorry it’s blurry). At Safeway/Pack&Save the huge box ofmixed greens is only $5 and the mini thing of yellow cherry tomatoes was only $2. This will last me all week if not 2 weeks! Cherry tomatoes are really sweet and great for salads. the mixed greens help because there’s nothing to cut up, just take a handful of leaves and throw em in a bowl and there you go. The Low-fat Italian Dressing was at the 99 cent store. I used it lightly. For those of us on the go or on a budget this is a good, healthy meal to make. Throw a cut up chicken breast or turkey if you want meat. Ill try to document my meals like this more often :)

I wish I could live alone and stock my fridge like this. 

This is beautiful. Though I can not stop wonder how the hell everything can stay fresh when it is soo much? 

This is why my blog exists. Most people cant afford to have a fridge like this, let alone this well stocked. Facts are, its hard to stay healthy and diet on a low budget! I wish more blogs targeted those on a tight budget, which is the majority of unhealthy America :/

KD: Day One…I Think?

So basically Im hella sick and I came down with this sickness yesterday morning, which was the day I were to start my official diet. Technically I haven’t been eating anything which is somewhat good. I’m trying to eat an apple every once in a while cuz you need some nutrients, but I cant keep any solid foods down. I hope I get better soon because I have absolutely NO energy to workout when Im this sick.

Also I just wanted to say how proud I am of Free for staying on her diet and seeing results! Get it Free!! :D

Free on day 4

Sooooo today is day 4. i still been doing the push ups and crunches when I wake up and go to sleep and they have been hard to keep up with but are definetly getting easier, also my stomach is sore but ima take that as a good sign that my muscles are being worked.

This morning I had a saugage biscuit thing from starbucks my friend had brought me cause i was rushed out the house and hadnt eaten breakfast and had finals. But now looking back i wish I had at least taken the meat out (-________-). But i need meat anyways like once in a while so its okay, I had a banana other than that and unlike before when i broke my diets I would realllyyyy stray off the path I’m basically taking this, learning from it and moving on to the next meal which is to be healthy and still not eating after 6.

I want to go running but im sick and in this weather might be really really stupid. But im gonna ask my parents to get me in thier gym membership asap then i could go work out there instead of having to run the lake. Im gonna see if my dad can drop me off at the lake later and then after he come back from the gym he can pick me up I’m definetly running tomorrow its on breaks when I just sit in bed watching movies and eating junk food!

On to day 4. I havent broken yet, but I haven’t really been tested. Like last week when it was free panda express at school. Free panda express? What was I supposeeee to do lol last finals are tomorrow and then I can start running, hopefully I keep this up but it sucks bc I’m fucking hungry allll the time. I think I ll get used to eating less tho and then it ll get better over time. Baby steps, I’m trying to make it to one week, the cookies and shit will be there in moderation in a few weeks, not goin anywheree leggo day 4 is tomorrow!
